The 2020 Pandemic has affected every aspect of our lives.


Due to the ever-changing and ongoing information regarding COVID-19, we are NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS!!!


We are still open for business and shipping out orders every day! We are using CDC-recommended cleaning solutions and wiping down every surface more frequently. Shuga & Shea have always stressed the importance of handwashing with soap and water for 20 seconds or more. Every time we create a product, we wash our hands to ensure your safety and ours.

We are aware that the mask mandate has been relaxed in many states, but we at Shuga & Shea continue to enforce these policies for your safety and ours, and thank you for your understanding.

A task force continues to monitor all COVID-19 information as it is released, and we will continue to update our policies accordingly.
 

Shipping Policy

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All products are made to order. Please allow 24 to 72 hours after payment has been received to receive a confirmation email for shipping. Please note that this can take up to 1-2 
working days so don't panic and monitor your email closely.

  • You can track the progress of your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Note: If you don't have an account and checked out as a guest, you will need to wait for your order confirmation email to track your order.

  • *Due to current circumstances, deliveries are taking longer to arrive. Our colleagues' health, safety, and wellbeing are of utmost importance and we have implemented measures, including a social distancing plan, to protect them while they work in our distribution centers.

SHIPPING RATES

     We ship via USPS Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days includes USPS tracking and up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply). Prices are based on the USPS shipping rates located HERE and are calculated at checkout. 

Return & Refund Policy

  • In accordance with our policies, all sales are FINAL! However, refunds are only given if an item was damaged in transit or never reached;

  • For items that have not been received, please submit an email to shuagxshea@gmail.com within 24 hours of your delivery notice from USPS and provide the tracking number for your purchase. In order to locate your package, the client satisfaction team will work with you to initiate an investigation with USPS. Shuga & Shea will refund your credit card (or original payment method) within 48 hours of receiving your refund approval email after USPS has completed their investigation and confirmed that your package has been lost;

  • For items that have been received damaged, please submit an email and picture of your damaged item to shuagxshea@gmail.com 24 hours after you have received your shipment. We will issue a credit for a replacement of your purchase and the shipping cost will be on us.
