Shipping Policy & Rates

Our production studio operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST. Orders placed during our regular business hours are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed outside of our regular business hours or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day in order of receipt.
 

We ship all orders via UPS Ground nationwide. The estimated delivery time varies based on the shipping method selected and the package destination. Our team does its best to provide accurate estimated delivery times and inform our customers of any delays or issues arising during shipping. As soon as your package is processed, you will receive a "Shipping Notification Email". "Shipped" means that the order has been packed, labeled, and is ready for the carrier to pick up. Due to driver schedules, traffic, weather, and other factors, pick-up times may vary. Orders shipped late in the day or on weekends may not be available for pick-up until the next business day. Please do not worry if tracking results are not immediately available. Carriers take up to 24 hours to update websites. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about our shipping policy.

When will I get my shipment?

Our products are never drop-shipped. By keeping all shipping in-house, we can guarantee quality, speed, and accuracy in order fulfillment. Our products are made to order in Maryland. After payment has been received, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 to 72 hours.


Most U.S. residents can expect their order to arrive within 1-5 business days after processing. As soon as your order leaves our studio, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Alaska and Hawaii orders cannot be expedited and will take 4-6 business days to arrive from our studio once shipped.

NOTE: Expedited shipping methods will usually ship the same business day if placed before 3:00PM EST (Excluding Holidays / Weekends).  Any expedited shipping options chosen after 3:00PM EST will ship out the next business day (restrictions apply).

 

Due to current circumstances, deliveries are taking longer to arrive. Our colleagues' health, safety, and wellbeing are of utmost importance and we have implemented measures, including a social distancing plan, to protect them while they work in our studio. 

 

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change our shipping policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Shipping Policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy. Your continued use of the services following the posting of changes to this policy or other terms means you accept the changes.

Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers.

As a business, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. However, we regret to inform you that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be returned. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of personal care products that have been opened or used. However, replacements are only given if an item was damaged in transit or never received. We understand that this policy may be inconvenient for some customers, but we have put this policy in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers. If you have any questions about our return policy or any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our customer service team is available to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

  • If you have not received your order, please send an email to info@shugashea.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery notice. Please include the tracking number for your order. UPS will be contacted by the client satisfaction team to investigate the location of your package. Upon confirmation and closure of an investigation of a lost or stolen shipment, Shuga & Shea will replace your item free of charge.

  • Should your shipment arrive damaged, please send an email with a picture to info@shugashea.com within 24 hours of receiving it. We will issue a credit for a replacement of your purchase and the shipping cost will be on us.
